Drainage Line Clogged

Is there any way to fix clogged drain lines at home with out any professional help? facing this issue from long time but unable to sort it out.

You could try a domestic drain cleaning product, nothing too aggressive though.

Block the lower end' fill up with a mixture of water and baking soda and leave for 12 hours.
Open the end and wash with a lot of hot water.
