Daikin bacnet issue

I have a daikin itm set to slave and the bacnet set to master. Even Before the bms guys connect up to it the remotes always revert back to 22 cooling. When i power down the bacnet and I can change the set temp. Anyone came across this before.

Try keeping the BACnet powered ON and dis-connecting ethernet cable from side of device, what happens then?
