mitsubishi par 21MAA error code P5

Hey Guys,

just getting P5 error code on our air con unit. it displays the same error code everytime it stops working. I know its something to do with the drain being clogged up or drain pump but i'm not an engineer hence I'm here for help.

I'm based in Portsmouth if any one local can help out that'd be great.

If you take down the filter panel, you will see a yellow cable going into a corner of the unit. Take off that corner panel and there will be a screw holding in a circle cover. Take that off and there will be a black bung. Get a bucket under the bung and take it out. Hopefully the internal pump is just blocked and that will clear will it, 9 time out of 10 it will.
