dose it make a difference if txv power head is upside down[on bottom]?:confused:

Functionally the answer is no, but if the system is dirty then there is a chance that system debris could cause the orifice push pins to stick or even damage the diaphragm in exceptional circumstances.
Most fridge valves will work upside down, the only exception is the solenoid valve which must never be mounted upside down.
Valves have an engineered flow path which helps to self clean the valve in a normal configuration,but in an upside down configuration system debris can become trapped in the mechanical moving parts of the valve ,servo valve types are more susceptible to problems
In solenoid valves if the armature tube becomes contaminated with system debris or oil preventing the armature from lifting this will cause the coil to burn out.
It's advisable to get the valve manufacturers opinion on the install as it may affect the warranty,
Providing the system is clean with a good quality filter drier fitted you should have no problems, as I've seen many valves in this position working.

Hi

main thing of DX valve is position of bulbs on the suction line and upside and downside and bulb should be after equlizning pipe and insulation bulb on the suction pipe
