instruction manual for CWS-ID-50

Dear All
I would like to have an instruction manual for the refrigeration machine Type: CWS-ID-50. Manufacturer Morehouse nv Belgium. I attached a nameplate of the refrigeration machine.

The refrigeration machine is used for the cooling of a XEIKON printing machine and it does not work. The compressor starts but no cooling.

We make vacuum and we recharged the system with 1.3Kg refrigerant gas (R134a) but the same problem. Please note that the discharge line is not hot. There is no service valve for high pressure.
Do you have an idea what is caused the problem?

I believe only the manufacturer can give you one, its not off the shelf unit, its Taylor made.
Check the compressor that it holds pressure on the low side, can it reach vacuum?

R-134a small systems gets blocked more often, drier should be replaced.
