Indesit CVTAA55NFUK Fridge not cooling, freezer ok

Hello experts,

For the past while the fridge on the above model has not been cooling at all (sitting around 12-15 deg C) despite the freezer generally working ok. Have just defrosted for around 10 hours and switched back on. Freezer seems to be ok (cold air flow etc) but fridge does not seeem to be cooling. Drain in fridge seems to be free with no blocks but I can't see who this fridge is cooled as it seems to be completely sealed.

Anybody any hints as to what the problem may be?

Is the compressor cutting in and out or is it continually running? Is the compressor extremely hot ? Any further points will help a diagnosis but suspect low gas charge

How did you defrost?
Usually completely empty & maybe leave freezer & fridge door open.
Put a few pots of hot water in to generate heat.
Fridge door seal can be another source of the problem.
Check condition, door should have a little resistance when opening because of door seal.
