York 48000btu hideaway.

Can anyone help trouble shoot a York hideaway. The outdoor main board has three LEDs, the middle one is flashing (LED 2). The indoor unit runs normally, but the condensor is dead. The compressor runs, by pushing the contactor. Power from the indoor unit telling the outdoor to start, reaches the outdoor PC board, but stops there. Please point me in the right direction on where to get a technical manual showing resistance readings for the sensors, fault codes, etc.
