...to Danfoss TDEZ 6 (20 kw / 7 degrees C , R 407 C) please ? From Alco.

It seems that me and my coleague do not agree on this issue.

Thanks.

Alco does not have a replacement for this valve:
- in their T-range, the TCLE750NW is too big and the TCLE400NW is too small,
- in their TX6 range the TX6-.3 is too big and the TX6-.2 is too smaal.

Anyway, I don't understand why you would want to replace a Danfoss with an Alco; that's like replacing the original with a (bad) copy.

Btw the capacity of the TDEZ is 22,7 kW at +7/+45°C (2K subcooling). When looking for a replacement, also look at the range: range K is with an MOP at +15°C, range AC is with an MOP at +20°C, range N is without MOP.

and how about TCLE 550 NW ? I know about MOP...is 15 °C.

I want to replace it with Alco because this is what we have ...for Danfoss to come it may take a few weeks maybe.

Thanks,

You're right.
I downloaded the latest Alco documentation from their site, and the TCLE550NW is not in it. But it is still available.
Nominal capacity of this valve is 24 kW. This will do.
(I only suspect the valve will run with a slightly higher superheat. TDE valves are designed with very low superheat)
