His garage has walls so there is somewhere to get rid of the heat.

52°C is is way above the design operating conditions I'm sure.

There is nowhere to take the heat as both sides are garage and the front of garage goes into underground drive

Have you got any pictures? What is behind the rear garage wall?

Vent to the underground drive.

You have to dump internal heat in place where the refrigerant can turns back in liquid form, otherwise system will not work properly, As mentioned by Mr. Brian arrange to vent it at other level, if possible try to fix a high speed extract fan to remove air from the area.

This is underground garage so it impossible to vent the air

The underground drive is like another sealed area

Is it possible to convert to a water cooled condeser, heat exchanger? No way will it work if you cannot get rid of the heat from the refrigerant, best of luck to you.

Is it possible to upload the building drawing and area snapshoots with units marked on it, may be there a way.
