Radiant heating is often installed in Belgium.

http://www.velta.fr/ is an often used manufacturer.
Perhaps usefull for the pictures.

Another Belgium manufacturer http://www.begetube.com/nl/pdfs/vloerverwarming.pdf for the nice drawings.

It's all in Dutch but you're clever enough to learn by the pictures.
If you need anyhow help with the translation, give me a call.

http://www.wth.nl/documentatie/pdf/vreemdetalen/montagehand-eng.pdf in english

This is a very usefull one http://www.radiantdesigninstitute.com/page26.html
You can dowload the whole website at once with httrack ( www.httrack.com )(free opens source software)

I have the manual ( in Dutch) how you have to calculate everything according to the Belgium rules.

What specific you want to know Lc_shi? I've done some in the past and two years ago, I installed one for my sisters house.
