HELP !!! KTK Chiller

Hi with have an older KTK chiller with a carel pC01 PLC controller the client does not have the paperwork on site.
we need a password to clear the history log tried the usual 1234 9999
is there a back door code

KTK Uk useless can not get an answer from italy

we also have a B1 error which i believe is an air probe checked every where cannot find a probe to air

Have you tried 1000 and is there anything connected to b1 terminals is there a reading for b1 on the controller
