Daikin Chiller issue

Hi guys

Have just attended a call out for an air cooled daikin chiller. On arrival I Had a "C2CmplOffCndPressHighLimitActive"

One fan seems to have a slight wobble would this cause anything?

Anyone come across this before?

Edit. 2 fans have a wobble and 1 a slight wobble bearing in mind theres 5 fans on the chiller for each circuit
