Samsung error code??

Hey guy's I was hoping there might be someone here who knows Samsung error codes.

I went out to a unit today that was not heating or cooling, it's indoor fed. There was no power going to the outdoor unit, I found power going into the main relay on the PCB but no power coming out. I've had sticky relays before so I figured it was stuck, and replaced the board. I'm still getting the same problem. On the outdoor PCB I'm getting no lights at all which on the fault code table says (no power / VDD NG).

I'm getting 1.6v on the comms wire.

What is the model codes? (indoor and outdoor)

Could have a comms error. If the unit cannot communicate to the outdoor it won't energise that relay to begin cooling or heating.
I had a Samsung a year back that had a faulty outdoor fan motor.
The motor was drawing the power from the outdoor PCB and no indicator lights would light up on the outdoor.
Of course this motor was DC and if yours is an AC motor disregard what I'm saying, but still could be a comms error.
