Hitachi condenser not running.

Hello all, firstly i would like to apologise if this has been asked and answered but i done a search and nothing came up.

I have been working in a school this past week and there is one class room with issues with the a/c
i have a wall mount unit model:RAS-35YH6 and the condenser with model: RAC-35YH6 the unit is on R410a.

The issue is the unit is not calling for cooling, i reset both indoor and outdoor unit and nothing happens, i have 240V at both units and the evaporator unit runs on cooling mode but the condenser never starts up.

Upon further inspection to the condenser i found that inside the case the unit clicks/ticks for about 3 seconds and then stops.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be the cause of this? i am back in the school soon to diagnose further but any advice is more than appreciated.

Have you followed the fault finding list?
