Walls 3 tier ice cream machine

Hi guys
I'm not really worked on this kind of unit before. Unit works fine over all however middle tier is only cools to 0 degree while top and bottom -20. Any suggestion. Cheers.

Can't find a lot on these, am assuming that is some form of Maxivision unit.

Where is it located?
What is the ambient temperature where the unit is? (35°C max)
Condenser clean?
Correct clearance around unit.
Is it in warranty?

Thanks for reply Brian, fridge is in shop. Condenser is clean. I already checked clearance.

Have you defrosted unit?

I already asked customer to try that as well. I need to re attend next couple of day so looking for suggestions. Thanks.

Is it a twin comp or one comp they are normally on hc the condensors block up and are prone to waxing capillarys
