Looking for chiller

Greetings everyone.

As a refrigeration newbie, I'm looking for a refrigeration unit to cool down a water-glycol solution (20% mass concentration) from -2ºC to -4ºC with a flow of 46 Liters/min. That might give a cooling capacity of about 6.5kW (1.85 ref-ton so consider it 2 ref-ton).

The purpose of that is to be applied in a cold thermal energy storage system (ice bank).

The budget of the project is low so I might be looking for a second-hand refrigeration unit. I would be glad if someone could tell me what is a reasonable range of prices to spend on a product like that.

Sorry if I went against the Forum rules. I did not mean that, I'm not looking for a deal here but to know how an order of magnitude of the prices.
I'm a refrigeration newbie but of course I've googled it before - I know how to use the internet... The reason I'm asking is because the prices I've seen are very different from one another.
