Odd fitting?

Chaps,

I've attached a picture.
Copeland digital scroll oil stub / schrader.

I'm on a site where a number of these are seeping where the brass fitting meets the stub on the compressor (which I believe is copper coated steel)
Not noticed these fittings before. Is the schrader fitting screwed in with a gasket, or loctite used for example? I'd have thought the best bet would be for them to be silver soldered together?

Does anyone know if the part that is screwed into the stub 1/4 flare or 1/8 gas?
Has anyone else had leak issues with these, or taken that fitting out?

Phone Copeland and ask them, have found them helpful in the past. I'd expect it to be brazed in but don't know for sure.

If it leaks get a reducer graze a quarter tail into it shimple
