Hi, I've got a dead MHI split on R410a, can i use install a new R32 split onto the pipework without using a flushing agent? New Fuj is same size. Pipe is buried in a wall. Fault was fan motor and PCB not burn out. My quote will be nuts is a need to replace the pipe! Cheers

I wouldn't have an issue with it. I call it "rounding the corners" not "cutting the corners"

Needs must.

I know the pipe size etc is good, i'm thinking oil problems?

As mentioned above, dry nitrogen purge to remove any remaining oil etc. As R410A is made up of 50% R32, there should not be an oil compatibility or return problem.

Blast it out with nitro and it'll be fine.
If it's not a burn out, your pretty safe.
Mhi 410 models run polyolester oil, I'm certain Fujitsu r32 is the same.
