Samsung RS 20 CCSV not defrosting

Hi guys
My parents Samsung fridge stop cooling yesterday. I open the panels inside and found coil covered with iced exception of defrost heater at the bottom. Is this common? I manually defrost the coil reassemble panels fridge running over 30 hours and so far no problem. Could somebody let me know what's the possibly. I couldn't test the heater bars and sensors as I didn't had my tester with me. Thanks in advance.

All fridges, fridge-freezers ice up at some point.

As long as it is totally defrosted before switching back on
It should be ok. Hopefully it was just a lack of defrost due
to the door being left open or something.

Let it run, if it ices up again in a week you have an issue, if not
leave it alone and it should be fine.
