Hi friends I've got a few units to maintain and is there any way I can download or find service tool .Thanks

The Mitsubishi piece of kit is a monitoring tool and does not normally give quite the same functionality as the Daikin Service checker. The monitoring tool acts as the interface between the air conditioning unit and your laptop/computer.
Unless you are extremely lucky to acquire one, you normally have to purchase the monitoring tool from Mitsubishi and it will come with the required software. This will usually have a limited time span on the licence, probably about 18 months or so, which then will require upgrading by Mitsubishi.
