Stulz help

Is there any body on here familiar with Stulz units?

I'm having a problem trying to connect several Stulz CRAC units to a WIB8000 network for remote monitoring but the network only pick up a few of them.

As per usual, the manufacturers aren't very willing to offer much advice.
