Wintrac issues with thermoguard IVc

Hello,
I am currently running wintrac 5.6 attempting to download from a TG IVc. I keep getting the error "timed out, failed to communicate with device". Does anybody have any ideas? Do i need a newer or older version of wintrac maybe?

Its not the program, the das probably isn't working, open the control panel door, the das II unit should have a blinking light constantly. You'll see it thru the clear cover. If no light then you need to sort this.
