Ziegra ZBE1000 Ice Machine

Good morning.
I'm having some problems with a ziegra ice machine.
The ice comes out from the machine like a ice pipe, and the ice is solid as a rock.
Does any one have an idea how to solve this problem?
The Kvp is adjusted to -20 C.
Where can i see service manuals?
I dont receive any answer from manufacter!!

Sorry, can't find any manuals for this model.

Found one for smaller machines and it states that dirty tube(s) or sharp bends in discharge might be the cause.
