Hi,

For a 100% fresh air indoor unit, what would be advise for advise for outdoor unit? VRF or normal condensing unit? Does any manufacturer (other than VRF) produce ducted split unit, that can be used for 100% fresh air use?

SAMSUNG OAP units are the only ones I know about designed for 100% fresh air.
If you contact SAMSUNG India website link (http://www.samsung.com/in/business/business-products/system-air-conditioner) they will be able to advice you further on what options are available in your region.
