First you have to design your refrigeration system, select all the components and decide the running parameters.
Then you can look at the internal volumes of your system and the temperatures the various parts of the circuit will be operating under then, and only then, can you start calculating what refrigerant charge your system will need.

Maybe a translation issues???????

Do you want to calculate how much gas you will require in grams and Kilograms?

If so you need to know the load on the system measured kj/kg or Kw and that will
allow you to size the system which will then allow you to calculate the refrigerant charge.

Put some numbers into a Ph chart and see what happens.
