Liebert Hiross/Emerson 3 digits display working hours reset

Hello,

I have a problem reseting 3 digits display working hours . I have used 3 passwords 149 / 221 / 501, None of them work. ( maybe the old service engineer has changed passwords). I have heard that i need Hiromatic display or Coldfire display , but im not certan anymore. Because i heard that old service engineer did not use them for reseting working hours. Can i reset working hours with 3 digit display? If i can , with what level password can i do it with?

Hi, as you probably know by now, you cannot reset the working hours using a 3 digit display, you need a Hiromatic or ColdFire display to carry this out. The Vertiv/Liebert engineers carry them as a service tool in case the customers site does not have a display.

Absolutly right , just connect a large display to reset running hour and use 221 pass

Managed to reset hours with 3-digit display. I think it was with code 149.
