Polar T315 Ice Machine troubles

Hi Guys ive got a T315 and initially it seems to work ok in that i fill it with water the top part moves around a little and does a scooping action then after about 20 mins the two red lights illuminate on the front and game over .. any ideas or where to start ?

According to the manual the water box is stuck.

Ahh ok thanks ive just downloaded the manual.. but what do you do if there's no ice in there and shouldnt be stuck..
