Carrier pro-dialog jr service/factory menu

I'm a Brazilian engineer and I'm doing maintenance on an old carrier scroll chiller. This chiller works with the NRCP II pro-dialog Junior board. This board has been changed by someone else and I think it is configured wrong because it is operating in a strange way without alarm's codes.
I have the password to access the service menu and factory, but I do not have the description of the items. Could someone please help me with factory and service menu items?
