I am wondering if any HVAC companies out there train techs to sell as much as possible? Should I be pushing my reps to close.

Does anyone have any advice?Learn patience, wanting answers inside 23 minutes from around the world doesn't show your management tolerance skills in a good light.

If I was one of your techs I'd be out the door.
