Hello

Can you help we need to cool a area of 3m x 3m height of 2.5 m with a temperature down to 8 this needs to be above the ceiling or cassette unit as the client does not want a indoor box unit we offered him the mastair and he does not like it is there any other similar things that will cool this ?

Hi
does it have a false ceiling , if yes try installing the proposed unit with ducts to the room, you need to check the external static pressure that your fan/blower can provide, select ducts , select adequate insulation for those ducts and go for it.
If not , you can check with a local indoor unit manufacturer to make one adequate to the application and space requirements.
