We're picking up on a 3rd party install.

Does any one know where we can download a manual for one of these units:
Sanyo SCP-AR801EH-8 R407A A-W Heat Pump ?

It's throwing up error codes E00 and E21, though anecdotally it has never worked since being installed about 5 years ago !
