Daikin Service Checker

Hi everyone

Has anyone been able to use the Daikin service checker with Windows 10 software, 64bit operating system

The checker version is 1.55

At the moment I am having problems with the Port options and the computer does not see the checker.

The checker software is designed to use on 32-bit windows systems only, doesnt mean what family OS is installed (from 98 to 10). 64 bit systems are stated as not tested on official web site http://airnet.jpn.org/chk/eng/information. You can use virtual machine with 32-bit system installed.

Hi,
Yes I'm running it on my lap top which is Windows 10 64 bit system. Orignally had the same issue. I went into device manager on pc and changed the name of port from COM1 to COM3 on the drop down list and it now sees the checker and working ok.

I personally use the Daikin service checker with Windows 10 software, 64 bit operating system. It is working nice.
