Please take a look at the job section at the top of the forum:)

Most of the jobs I know about are for commercial refrigeration.
My company starts all the engineers on commercial, gradually training them on industrial plant, finally moving them over to Industrial techs, if the work load is there and the guys show the aptitude for it.
