New or reworked Window Rattler?

Anyone come across these?

Looks to me to be a reworked version of the traditional window rattler but they claim to have Patents so maybe there is some new technology inside? ..can't find any technical info on their website but reading it gives a few smile ;)

Just runs a twin duct to outside to serve the condenser. Nothing new ;)
