mitsubushi srk40hg-s error of signal transmission code

hi guys hope you can help run light comes on timer flashes 6 times seemingly error of signal transmission, have 240v on terminals 1 and 2 at the outdoor unit but only 16v dc on the third cable ? should this be 24v ? seems indoor or outdoor pcb or maybe transformer how can i identify the exact cause ?

weirdly now it is run light on timer flashing twice ?? surely not a multitude of errors at once ?? maybe a board gone down ?? worked perfectly night before last :(
