Fujitsu aircon out door unit not starting

Hi,
I have problem with Fujitsu outdoor unit AOTR30LCT, on which compressor and fan does not come on, I rang Fujitsu got the communication and service manuals checked all the resistance values and replaced control board as well as expansion valve coil but still no luck. Indoor unit louvers and fans comes ON but out door unit do not starts, Red led on out door is off and does not blin to indicate any fault.

Any suggestions please.

Hi Mate,

Did you check the IPM PCB? Located down in the middle behind all othe PCB"s. I had the same fault on the same model. To loosely put it the IPM PCB powers the fan and compressor. I found mine had a blow hole in it. Can be a faulty PCB or fan motor/compressor. See my picture top left.

Any update mate? I changed my ACTPM board and it worked.
Yours may not have any visual damage but still be faulty.
