Dear All,
I Have Been Working on a 500 W Liquid Dispenser. Compressor is Emerson Based Reciprocating One KCN415LAG.

Evaporator is a Plate Type Heat Exchanger. During Idle Conditions (i.e.) No Dispense Conditions, It Was Recorded that Thermal On Off Cycles Were Repeating At around 20 Minutes.

However, Under Dispense Conditions there are Chances that On Off Cycle May Happen during 1 Min Intervals. Nominal Ampere Ratings Taken Were Around 1.6 A to 2A, During Starts Inrush Current Was Observed to be 12A. LRA Rating On Compressor is 14 A. I understand Short Cycling May Affect Life of Compressor. But Can We Overcome This Limitation by Means of Any Accessories Such as Inverter or AC Drives For Limiting Staring Currents? Need Expert Advice on the Same. Thanks.

Check any pump down controls or pressure switches, it appears that there may be pressure leaking through shut off valves.

Dear Sir,
We are Using Capillary Tube 0.050'. Whats Seems To be In Our Application, That there Are Chances that Short Cycling may Happen, However Not Always. In That Case, If To Avoid Any Potential Risks Due to Short Cycling , Can We Add Anything To System.

You could try fitting a delay timer, 3 or 5 mins probably be enough.
