When I click on the icon to add to someone's Rep, it sends me to the top of the thread, and doesn't increase the Rep. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Boss

I like the new layout and the Country Flags.

One question though. Wales has it's own flag, Scotland has it's own flag but we Engish - hey, wheres our St George? Why the Union jack? :) :rolleyes: :D

I think you will find that there IS an english flag as well, if you look :)
