Corema Fluid Chiller

I am hoping someone can help me with a service manual / wiring diagram for a Corema TM/WP 1024/0/25SS chiller.
We have a client with one of these and there is nothing with the chiller. There is an alarm coming up to say No Flow / Low water level, this alarm doesn't appear to stop the chiller and only stays active for a short time.
Any assistance would be appreciated as one of our mechanics is tearing his hair out.

Thanks for the link, I did find this company when I did a search but not a lot of info on the model I am after.
I will have to contact them and see what they can provide.
