Readings seem ok?

Hey every one, i took some readings from an ac unit r410a, and just wondering if there about right.

Air off evaporator - 13.2 oc
Air on evap - 22 oc
Air off condenser - 19 oc
Air on condenser - 12.8 oc

Without being smart, 12.8 deg C outside & aircon on cooling mode?
Who is generating all this heat!
