Fan Motor on Spiral Freezer

We have a Spiral Freezer which goes through infeed/outfeed motors. These 3 phase 460v, 143T motors push air perpendicular to the belts in order to balance the infiltration at the in/out of beltfeed. Motors will work for a few weeks and then bearings will seize. We need advice on a good fan motor which can endure a -40F degree temps.

when you are changing the bearing you have to put very good quality of grease it can work at -40 F

use a low temperature synthetic grease and machine out brg cover plates and install lip seals, to keep water out.

This might seem like a simple and uneducated reply, but are you aligning the motor to the fan shaft to withing tolerance? With a laser alignment tool? And are the fans properly balanced and the bearings on the fan shaft good?

We kept taking motors out (sized up / burnt out winding's) on our freeze tunnel fans simply because they weren't properly aligned with the fan shaft.
