Swivel couple NPT M TO F 1/2 " leaking

Hi my mate braze pipe with castel relief valve set and damage swivel coupler.
I try too lok in York ( chiller was from york) and climate center, Dean and wood and hrp. No one know what is that lol I see that few time in refrigeration systems and chillers. I try contact to castel but they not answer to me and don't know uk dealer .

this swivel coupler is for use with hydraulic systems. the inside angle is usually 37 degrees instead of 45 that use in ac.
You will need to tighten it real hard to stop the leak.
who ever put it there, used it to reduce diameter for the relief valve.

Here it is known as an "AAM" fitting
