Door reversal Zanussi 97-99

Hi

If anyone has this model... Please help!
I can't make any sense of step 3, if I remove the 3 retaining bolts the fridge will collapse and the door will still be screwed into the hinge. I can't unscrew the door as the bold disappears into the door.

Maybe its time to call an expert with experience? It helps in cases when you get stuck with simple things and the manual is awkward....

I take it there is a similar fitting on the other side?
Can't you wedge something under the front of the fridge to stop it dropping down.

Hi

There is a another hinge of the same type on the other side, so no reason to move it. Only thing I can think of is to lay the whole thing down and remove everything. The manual makes no mention of this though, even has a picture on the fridge in an upright position...

Oh well...
