Stulz humidity problems

Hi guys, im working on a Stulz CCU51A which keeps bringing up a fail humidifier 1 fault.
Ive tried ghe usual stuff, changed the humidity bottle with an on site spare, checked the drain solenoid incase its jammed with debris and ive reset the bottle run hours on the main pcb.
The fault seems to come up almost straight away without even trying to fill the bottle or bring the contactor in. Reseting the machine or turn power on/off does'nt make a difference.
Im not too familiar with stulz so any help would be greatly appreciated

The number of blinks on humi pcb will tell you what the alarm and the problem is.
Number and kind of (short or long).
