Hi Guys
I have a 17 yr old chiller which has had a few problems.
I have just carried out some repair works and have found leaks and repaired and recharged and fitted new driars etc.
It was running ok but now im getting high temp discharge i believe.
so ive traced the wiring through and found the thermistors on the discharge pipes and measured them out.
one was was open circuit so to get the chiller up and running i have swapped them over to get the larger circuit running that did work but know that fails intermittently.
took measurements temp and resistance today this one is 2-3 3k out.
Hp was 17 bar-19 bar 55c 68c looks ok too me ??
I have spoke with our suppliers too order two new sensors but could be a while from ciat :mad:
what i would like too understand more is this alarm.
Is it a safety feature or is it for controlling the compressors and loading ?
why ? What ? basically i dont know or understand sorry ?
And whats its settings the manual i have is in French so if anyone has an English one would be great mrsi-8.1 i believe what is needed.
Is it set for 70c or 130c etc and if it reaches that it cuts out is there any other thing i need too know.
What parameter is it and what should the setting be.
