Block Ice Machine

I plan to build a block ice machine to blast freeze water in about 200 moulds of about 4 litres each with vapour compression system, powered by 3 phase Votage. Pls, your views.

sounds like a good plan.
low temperature glycol / food grade of course, a refrigeration unit, a shell and tube HX and a pump.
a little more information of product in moulds would help and freeze rate as well.
