Thermo King Relay board code 35

I have a thermo king relay board, shown in the picture. client says code 35 wont go away, have checked the board for burnt or shorts and everything seems to be ok with it. Have any idea of what might be causing this? thanks.

Does the unit run? Normally and retain this code.

The unit does not start when this board is used, but if the board is replaced the unit will run smoothly.

The board is faulty,send it for repair to a electronics company
