thermoking/MD200

hello everybody.my name is Nelson,i have problem in Thermoking MD200.the low pressure is 20psi & high pressure is 350psi (R404a) but the box Temp.is only 15*c ..can you give me an idea what is totally problem..temperature must be -18*c...thank you guys.

how big is the box ? Have you tried it with a at temp load ?
-18 from a MD200 in high ambient could be a big ask
The pressures sound normal for your ambient

20 psi suction is the CPR setting.
What is the temperature difference?
Is the three way sealing?
Is it flooding?
Is the ball up?
Is the condenser clean?
