Hi I have checked Fujitsu air conditioner showing error EEE then I have replaced another controller & checked on controller error 0:01 E. I also checked indoor to outdoor / indoor to controller comms wire, fuses on PC boards found ok. But error still there. whats wrong with that I have no idea, whether indoor or outdoor board faulty. If some can help me out to detect actual fault.

Not sure what the fault code is, but as you seem to think its a communication error, make sure the coms wire is not switched, have had them where even though the switch is on the signal doesn't get through.
Failing that, disconnect the coms wire and then check for a varying signal voltage on the corresponding boards terminal.
The best people to talk to would be your local Fujitsu tech department.
