Hi guys
my chiller model is (YAEP99XD9B50PA) and I want to know how to change the set point of the oil temperature
because it's too high and the heater can't reach that set point

Do you mean compressor sump heater thermostat?
Can you let us know it's current setpoint & what temperature it get's up to now.

If i remember right, the setpoint is floating, i think it needs to reach 10degrees above ambient. Check your ambient sensor is correct and then check that the heater is working properly.

Unless the controller see's a oil temp of 10c above the ambient reading.

The controller will assume that refrigerant is present and as a safety feature lock the chiller out on low oil temp.
If the chiller is in a room which has a ambient higher (10c) than the standing Oil Temp you will be locked out.

Stick a wet rag over the ambient probe if the above applies. To lower the ambient to oil ratio.

Please take care when doing this because if you get it wrong serious damage could apply!
